1. Informational use
Boundara helps you consult public parcel geometry, make approximate measurements, and keep your own notes and photos. You may use it for lawful fieldwork and personal or professional organization.
2. No legal boundary determination
Boundara’s contours, references, areas, perimeters, and distances do not replace cadastral certificates, land-register records, deeds, professional surveys, administrative decisions, or legal advice. Source data can be incomplete, generalized, delayed, or temporarily unavailable. For ownership, boundary disputes, transactions, subsidy applications, construction, or regulatory filings, consult the competent authority and a qualified professional.
3. External services and open data
Boundara relies on Apple Maps and official providers listed on the Data Sources & Licences page. Their availability, accuracy, and terms remain under their control. Boundara makes point-level, user-initiated requests and transforms the returned data into an app view and optional export. Provider attribution and applicable licence information accompany supported exports.
Boundara is independent. No cadastral authority or data provider sponsors, certifies, or endorses the app.
4. Boundara Pro
Boundara Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase handled by Apple. The price displayed by the App Store at confirmation controls and may vary by territory or tax. Purchases can be restored with the Apple Account used to buy them. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies and applicable consumer law.
5. Your content and lawful use
You retain responsibility for notes, photos, names, and exports you create. Do not use Boundara to trespass, surveil individuals, infer ownership, violate privacy, bypass provider safeguards, scrape whole territories, overload services, or make unlawful decisions about people or property.
6. Availability and liability
We work to provide a reliable app but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party networks or error-free source data. To the extent permitted by law, Boundara is provided without warranties beyond mandatory consumer rights, and Eutopix Labs is not responsible for decisions made as if approximate app output were a legally verified boundary or certificate. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes and governing rules
We may update the app and these terms for new features, providers, security, or legal requirements. The updated date will appear here. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where incorporated by the App Store. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected.
