Data stored on your device
Boundara stores the parcels you choose to save, names and notes you add, measurement settings, purchase entitlement state, and copies of field photos you choose to attach. This information remains in the app’s local iOS container unless you explicitly export or share it.
Delete a saved parcel to remove its Boundara record and copied photos. Deleting Boundara removes the remaining information in its app container. An exported file is governed by the app or location to which you sent it.
Network requests you initiate
Maps and location
Apple Maps supplies map content. If you grant location permission, iOS provides your current position when you ask Boundara to centre the map. Boundara does not continuously track your location.
Official cadastral services
When you tap a point or search a public reference, Boundara sends that coordinate or reference to the official provider selected for Spain, Italy, France, Poland, Czechia, or the Netherlands. When you enable SIGPAC in Spain, the app requests only visible map tiles. Provider servers may process technical data such as IP address, request time, and user agent under their own public-sector policies and applicable law.
Purchases
Apple StoreKit processes the Boundara Pro purchase and restoration. We do not receive card details or your Apple Account credentials.
Information you send us
If you email support, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to provide. We use them only to answer the request, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.
Website hosting
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and does not use browser storage for tracking. Cloudflare provides website delivery and security and may temporarily process standard technical request information such as IP address, browser headers, requested page, timestamp, and diagnostic or security data. Worker observability logging is disabled. Cloudflare may process data outside the EEA using applicable safeguards under its own contractual and legal obligations.
Tracking and analytics
Boundara does not track you across apps or websites and does not use an advertising identifier. The published iOS privacy manifest declares no tracking and no data types collected by the app developer. Neither the app nor this website uses advertising or proprietary analytics.
Children, security, and transfers
Boundara is a general field utility and is not directed to children. Local data benefits from iOS device protections. Because Boundara does not run a user-data backend, we do not transfer your saved field records internationally. External providers and Apple process their own request data under their respective terms.
Your choices and rights
You can deny or revoke location access, delete saved parcels, remove the app, and choose not to contact support. Where data-protection law applies to correspondence held by Eutopix Labs, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection by emailing privacy@boundara.app. You may also complain to your competent supervisory authority.
Changes
Material changes will be published on this page with a new effective date. We will not retroactively introduce tracking into an installed version without the disclosures and permissions required by Apple and applicable law.
